I don't intend on making my posts a monthly thing. I would love to do it more often, but i'll at least keep it monthly at a minimum.
I ran a 10K this month with one of the dudes i work with. He's also been a great addition to the Mens group here. Its nice having another guy of my rank to run with (physically and spiritually). | | |
